I've tried tennis shoes from Nike,Newbalance over the last few years and after buying barricade V i don't remember them any more. This fits so perfectly and feels so light, i can't ask for any more!

Who it many concern,
I have made about a dozen purchases on Amazon, It's about 60% good and 40% bad experiences.
The adidas shoes I ordered the Barricade V, which is a great shoe, I am a paddle tennis player. I am are very tough on shoes, I have found these to be the best, I go through about 2 pairs of shoes in a four month period. They are on the expensive side but are well worth it, for comfort, support and durability these shoes are some of the best performing shoes I have ever worn.
My experience with amazon was not as good as the shoes, they set me a wrong pair, the box was marked correctly but the shoes were a different pair. After speaking with a customer service agent it was all taken care of. But still a hassle.
After buying the shoes locally.
Amazon was the lowest price before shipping. Golf Smith had the same shoes for the same price.
So one Amazon wasn't the cheapest and secondly they sent the wrong pair, which is a hassle to return. |

| This is the second set of Barricade V's that I've owned. I simply chose the style and size and ordered. Very happy to have a new set and like the more conservative color options. Great shoe! |

I have played tennis with the shoes for 3 times. It is very comfortable (no break-in period needed for me), good looking, and mostly important of all: no more ankle pains after the game!

| This product impressed me out of the box... I was expecting something different. I'm really happy about my purchase... I used 'em the whole day and they are very comfortable and I read on another review that they were heavy... well not for me. They are light enough and I you feel they are heavy in some way its because they are made out of very rough materials, so expect them to last 4 to 5 years and even more. I totally loved them. I choose the red/black ones and in just one day I received like 6 complements from friends. I really recommend them. Price is unbeatable and always remember that u get what u pay for and the price is perfect, right on the spot!! |

| Good quality but way too heavy. Footwork has to be above par to play the way you think you can. I'm sure they'll last longer than I would want'em to. Would I recommend them, yes and no. If you don't mind the weight than they are for you. |

| I bought the Barricade V's because I have a pair of Barricade IV's I love. Best sneaker I have ever worn for playing tennis. I have officially worn out the IVs, and so it was time to get another pair. I went with the Vs and did all the measuring of the sneaker as instructed by the website to ensure I picked the right size and width. As it turns out it was the same size, 11 1/2, sneaker I had previously. I was very excited to wear them out on the court. However, as I put them on and was running all around, this generation of the Barricade, compared to the prior generation, feels as though the toe box is more narrow. This makes me think about my feet when all I want to do is think about the ball. And this is very noticeable on the court with all the side to side motion. I haven't played in them for an extended period of time yet, as it is winter up here, but I feel like the sneaker is very confining. I am disappointed as I really like the previous generation and how they fit just right. Nothing against the online store, as they offer a great price and got the sneakers to me on time, but it may be best to try a pair in a store first to ensure the fit is right. |
