Light and easy on the elbow

I was using forearm banding for tennis elbow for a long time. When my old racquet broke, I did an extensive research for a new racquet that provided comfort and control rather than power. I came across Head Ti.S5 and after trying a demo, the feel was so good that I took my banding off. I bought a pair and for the past month I have not had elbow or wrist pain with this racquet. (And I play tennis 4-5 times a week.) The weight is light and the frame absorbs a lot of shock and vibration upon contact. Besides comfort, the larger head size and wider string pattern allow you to generate topspin without much effort. If you are a beginner-intermediate player with slow-to-medium swing, you'll find this a comfortable and easy to handle racquet. Highly recommended.
The best for the beginner-intermediate.

I did a lot of research for a racket before purchasing this one. One of the reasons I got it is because of the very light weight of the racket. I have a sist which cuts circulation and strength in my swing wrist not allowing me to utilize the full force of my arm during the swings so I had to have a really light weight racket. The other detail to my story is that I am a weaklink and I need a light racket. I am also a beginner player and needed a racket that would bounce off any side of the racket I hit the ball with. This racket is truly a wonderful piece.
Great feel, good price, maximum durability!

After 3 years of lessons, my coach told me it was time for a new racquet. This one, the Head Ti-S5 is the one he chose. I put it in my hands the first day I got it and it felt so good. The weight, which is about 8.8 ounces was unreal. Instantly, my power shifted, my serve went up 10 mp/h and my tennis game just all around improved. This is an amazing racquet. My high school tennis team practically endorses it. There are only 3 people who didn't use it because of preferences, but my coach talked with them all and convinced the others that a Head Ti-S5 was the best choice for them. They all agreed too. Some already used it and also thought it was a good racquet. If you want a good quality racquet, for a good price, and sick feel, a Head TI-s5 is the best way to go. No racquet matches it, new or old!

This is the best racquet I ever have. I'd been using Wilson for a long time (5 racquets) This one is the lightest and the most powerful. I have improved a lot. And no more pain in my elbow (tennis elbow) Thank you for such a great product.

This is a realy good racquet for beginners/intermediate players. I am a beginner and was looking for something thats comfortable/light weight. This raquet fits that profile.
Its a little bit expensive but for the quality and the product you get i would definitely recommend it to others. |

This is a great performing racquet, especially for the price.
I have two of these and have been using them for the past five years.
It is very light, so best suited for net play and quick strokes.

My daughter was having trouble with finding a correct grip size as well as a light-weight racquet and this racquet works perfect for her. I would highly recommend this racquet for anyone that wants a smaller grip and a light-weight racquet.
Me gusto

The ony reason I give this racquet 4*s is because it might be too light for some players. I've played for a couple of years and have started to out-grow this HEAD. It does let you get many of balls back into play, but you compromise ALOT of power. Be prepared to hit several balls longer then you want(ed).
Excelent Tennis friend

This is a good racquet and I enjoyed playing with it but it breaks quite easily. Mine split in half near the base a little over a year (used mostly over the summer for about 5-6 months). I'm a pretty heavy hitter but I take good care of my racquets.
Easy, light, but fragile

It broke during a smash after only 40 days of use just over the grip.
Be Careful about this racquet.

Dear Potential Customers,
I am a college tennis player, and I dont want to sound bais for the players who are not a hard hitter, but I am. If you are a player who is a hard hitter, dont and I telling you again, dont buy this racquet. It is very light. In one of my tennis matches the strings did not broke, but it was the handle that broke in half. Also the racquet could not handle the impact of the ball, which made my shots miss some of mph, which experienced players knows could make a world of a difference in a match. When you play against other power players with this racquets the impact of the ball pushes you back, and prevents you from being in control in the rally, and your on the defense all the time, which is very annoying. My average serve is at 105mph. With this racquet it was at 85mph, and the impact was not good on my wrist. Again I know that many raquets handle are made of wood, but the wood on this handle is extremly light and cant take much force. I am telling you the truth.
My sister has the same racquet and she still has it till this day because she is not a power player. This is not an agressive racquet. Also it has a very oversized frame. It lasted 2days for me.
The best racquet I have ever played with is the Head TiS2. Nothing beats that racquet. Unfortunately Amazon dont have it. I think it is the only racket that is in between for a power player but also provides the best control. Also the TiS2 is very affordable at 70dollars or less. I was looking for an upgrade and I thought the TiS5 was the best solution. Not True. |
