Here is a look at the current standings for the US Open Tennis Series which is rolling along this week as we get closer to the final tournament, where millions of dollars are at stake.
Men's Current Standings
1 - Andy Murray from Britain, is currently holding a score of 145.
2 - Juan Martin del Potro from Argentina, is currently holding a score of 140.
3 - Sam Querrey from the United States, is currently holding a score of 130.
4 - Roger Federer from Switzerland, is currently holding a score of 125.
5 - Novak Djokovic from Serbia, is currently holding a score of 95.
6 - Andy Roddick from the United States, is currently holding a score of 90.
7 - Robby Ginepri from the United States, is currently holding a score of 70.
8 - Rafael Nadal from Spain, is currently holding a score of 70.
9 - John Isner from the United States, is currently holding a score of 65.
10 - Carsten Ball from Australia, is currently holding a score of 45.
10 - Jo-Wilfried Tsonga from France, is currently holding a score of 45.
Women's Current Standings
1 - Elena Dementieva from Russia, is currently holding a score of 170.
2 - Jelena Jankovic from Serbia, is currently holding a score of 140.
3 - Flavia Pennetta from Italy, is currently holding a score of 115.
4 - Maria Sharapova from Russia, is currently holding a score of 110.
5 - Samantha Stosur from Australia, is currently holding a score of 95.
6 - Serena Williams from the United States, is currently holding a score of 75.
7 - Marion Bartoli from France, is currently holding a score of 70.
7 - Dinara Safina from Russia, is currently holding a score of 70.
9 - Venus Williams from United States, is currently holding a score of 60.
10 - Alisa Kleybanova from Russia, is currently holding a score of 45.

The U.S. Open tournament series is linking the performance of the highest ranking three men's finishers and women's finishers at the series events to their US Open performance. The first place finishers in the tournament are going to compete against one another in order to vie for an additional $1,000,000 in bonus money. The second place finishers in this competition are going to complete for as much as $500,000, and then the third place finishers in the competition are each going to play for as much as an additional $250,000 in prize money.
The upcoming tournament is running through August 23, 2009 until August 29, 2009, and is being held at Pilot Pen Tennis, which is in New Haven, Connecticut.
